Aerial Photography – $500.00
Aerial photography provides a whole new look for your listing.  This add on is perfect for those top dollar listings that require a bit more than just the average photography.  The cost covers one hour of flight time in a Robinson R44 Raven II with several still images taken during the flight and all post production work.  Go that extra distance for your client!

iPhone Slideshow – $50.00

The iPhone slideshow allows you to send your listing to potential buyers, agents and property owners over your cell phone.  The slideshow can be emailed and viewed on the phone!  Take that next step into the tech buyers world.

YouTube Video Slideshow – $50.00

Increase the exposure of your listing by uploading it to YouTube.  Your client will love that you are going the extra mile to get as much exposure as possible for their property.

Retouching Fee – $30/hr.
Need those leaves or tire marks removed from the driveway?  Need a building to disappear?  Touch ups can be beneficial if the property is not up to par on the day of the shoot.  This is very time consuming work but can make all the difference.

**ANY SHOOT THAT IS CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE BILLED FOR 50% OF THE PACKAGE PRICE.  IF THE SHOOT IS CANCELED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE LOCATION THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE BILLED**
